Day to day responsibilities:

Sourcing exceptional talent through posting job adverts, networking and head hunting using a variety of platforms.
Screening candidates through phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure they are of top quality.
Generating new business through cold calling and marketing
Building relationships with candidates and clients to develop trust.
Negotiating fees with new business.
Ensuring your candidate receives the best package from the client.
Developing a strong understanding of the market and changes throughout
Outgoing, lively and good sense of humour
Live within an easily commutable distance from Kingston upon Thames
