Permanent Role - Starting January 2025

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher with a focus on food specialism to join our dynamic team in January 2025. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Design and Technology, with an emphasis on food preparation and nutrition.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve strong results in the GCSE DT program, and ideally, A Level courses.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and development, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
  • Actively participate in the wider curriculum through enrichment activities and the Going Beyond program.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Passion for Design and Technology, with the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a proven track record of achieving excellent results.
  • Experience in curriculum planning and development.
  • Flexibility and commitment to enhance students’ learning experiences beyond the classroom.
