Are you a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker seeking a rewarding role in a vibrant community? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic Childrens Locality Team in Kingston!

As a Qualified Social Worker in our Locality Team, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and intervention to individuals and families in need within the Sutton community. You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals to deliver high-quality services, promote positive outcomes, and empower individuals to overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for individuals and families, addressing their specific needs and circumstances.
