Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Work closely with families to promote their well-being
  • Represent the organisation in court proceedings
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff


Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma)
  • Significant experience in child protection work
  • Strong assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
