Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Work closely with families to promote their well-being
- Represent the organisation in court proceedings
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- Significant experience in child protection work
- Strong assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
