Position: Locum Social Worker
Team: Children with Disabilities (CWD)
Location: Kingston & Richmond - Achieving for Children
Contract: Temporary / Locum
Salary: 37-38.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and implement care and support plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including education, health, and specialist services.
- Conduct statutory visits, assessments, and care planning reviews.
- Support families and carers, ensuring they have access to appropriate services and support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice.
