As a SEN Teacher Assistant, your responsibilities would include -
- Maintaining safeguarding/health and safety policies
- Adapting teaching styles to better suit each individuals needs
- Monitor and evaluate pupil's progress and maintain pupil records where appropriate
- Attend to pupil's personal needs, including social, health, hygiene, first-aid and welfare matters.
