We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our thriving SEN school community in Kingston upon Thames. As an SEN Teacher in Kingston, you will work with students who have diverse learning needs and help them reach their full potential.

Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching SEN students as an SEN Teacher

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for SEN students
  • Create and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Liaise with parents and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Proven experience in SEN teaching
  • Knowledge of current SEND Code of Practice
  • Strong behavior management skills
  • Ability to create inclusive learning environments
