As a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) you will:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.* Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual students' goals and objectives.* Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to student support.* Deliver engaging therapy sessions, utilising evidence-based techniques and resources.* Monitor and evaluate students' progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.* Provide consultation and training to teachers and support staff, fostering a whole-school approach to communication development.

As a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), you will have:

* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) with relevant experience (SEN experience preferred).* Registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.* Passion for working with children with special educational needs and a commitment to their well-being.
