Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional with extensive experience in overseeing the global end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement and operations. Your expertise in product sourcing, through to customer delivery, and your ability to lead a team effectively, will be key to securing this position.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and minimise costs
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and monitor inventory levels with effective management strategies.
  • Forecast demand for products and services, control transport costs, and stay updated with import and export regulations.
  • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules, and quality.
  • Analyse supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Automate processes for increased efficiency and collaborate with marketing and sales teams on new product development.
  • Leading a team to achieve business objectives alongside conducting annual reviews and handling HR-related issues
  • Knowledge of import/export for global countries / restrictions and requirements

Experience and Skills

  • Substantial staff management experience
  • Strategically minded with very strong analytical ability
  • Excellent skills to build relationships with supplier and internal stakeholders
  • Experience dealing with international suppliers
  • Commercial awareness

 Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model - 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
