  • Verify supplier invoices to ensure they align with booking details
  • Prepare client documentation using established templates
  • Process incoming client payments and outgoing supplier payments within set timeframes
  • Manage booking amendments and updates as required
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered to a high standard
  • Communicate effectively with external suppliers via email and phone
  • Prioritise daily workload to meet critical deadlines
  • Handle client and supplier queries promptly and professionally via telephone and email

Experience Required:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication
  • Professional, confident, and clear telephone communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
