We are seeking a Multi Skills Lecturer with expertise in Carpentry and Joinery to join our educational team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for teaching and developing others.

Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in multi-skills, specifically Construction & Tiling to students at various levels.
Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum and industry standards.
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain records of students' attendance, progress, and assessments.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the learning environment and curriculum.
Stay updated with the latest industry practices and integrate them into the teaching process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Higher level qualification (Level 3 or above) in a relevant discipline.
Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1 or equivalent) or commitment to work towards obtaining it.
Verifier Award or willingness to work towards achieving it.
Proven experience in the Construction industry, particularly in Carpentry and Joinery.
PGCE or commitment to work towards obtaining one.
Enhanced DBS check.
