The School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Professional (STEP) deliver a key part of the College’s provision with programmes ranging from Level 1 to Level 6 HE, including an extensive apprenticeship provision.

We are now seeking Sessional Engineering Lecturers to teach on mainly Level 2 & 3 BTEC Engineering programmes however there may be some opportunities to teach on level 4/5 Higher National programmes.

We have opportunities available to teach both Mechanical Engineering and Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

With energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education, you will have high personal standards and expectations and be aware of academic quality standards. A teaching qualification is not essential however we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
