Resourcing Group are seeking a Skilled Maintenance Plumber to work within a large prestige estate in the Kingston area.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a multi skilled plumbing maintenance engineer background ideally from building services, large estates or commercial. Duties will include being able to manage air handling units, filters, toilet flush repairs, fixing taps, Washers, PPMs, raise jobs proactively on the PDA and Planon system. The ideal candidate must also possess an understanding of logic controllers and interpreting building drawings, as well as up-to-date trade knowledge and skills in all relevant tool use to deliver high quality plumbing that is appropriate to the estates unique environment.
Multi-skilled adaptability in other trades is also desirable.

The estate offers
- 36k Per Annum
- 37 hrs per week
- Monday to Friday 7.00-15.30 or 8.00-16.30
- Death in services
- Up to 6% pension contribution
