Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for a dynamic, international role? We're seeking a European Financial Controller to lead financial reporting across an international business in multiple countries. Based in the Midlands, you'll collaborate with local finance teams and travel to European offices to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:? Financial Leadership: Oversee financial reporting for European operations.? Consolidation & Reporting: Deliver accurate financial statements and performance insights to senior leadership.? Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning processes, working closely with teams across different markets.? Financial Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive performance.? Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimise liquidity across the business.? Team Leadership: Develop and support finance teams in multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence.? Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management to inform strategic decisions.? European Travel: Engage with local teams, conduct financial reviews, and support business initiatives.
What We're Looking For:? Qualified Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent).? Proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally within European markets.? Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling.? Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERPs.? Leadership skills with the ability to influence across different cultures and regions.
