SF Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside historical, acquisitive business based in Kingswinford in their search for a Management Accountant. This is a key hire into the group to support the Finance Manager and CFO to ensure management accounts are produced in an accurate and timely manner, to a high standard and provide added value to the board of directors. This role will suit someone looking for a progressive opportunity where you will be given the opportunity to have a clear impact on business strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. Duties Include: - Production of monthly management accounts - Produce and maintain robust set of schedules to support management accounts - Assist with the preparation of the Board Pack - Day to day operation of the invoice discount facility - Assist with the preparation of annual budget and half year forecasting - Annual audit preparation and liaison with auditors to complete - Ensure financial controls and processes are maintained - Ad-hoc reporting - Project work - Provide cover where needed Requirements: - Experience in a similar role - Manufacturing experience a significant advantage - Hard working, able to meet deadlines - Strong excel skills - Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels This role will be office based with the opportunity to work from home once or twice a week.
