My client is a fast-paced, growing business based in the heart of the Black Country and I am seeking a versatile Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
You will work with a busy, motivated team of people who need support in various corporate areas, including legal, finance and facilities management. This challenging opportunity will involve the following in terms of responsibilities:
- updating and collating information for senior managers
- liaison with various stakeholders across the business with regard to buildings maintenance, marketing and safety inspections.
- maintaining schedules for contract renewals
- dealing with queries across the department and assisting with ad hoc tasks
- arranging meetings, booking travel, calendar management for the team
- preparation of documentation for the sales team and monitoring the department's inbox
- handling queries and directing them to the appropriate member of staff
We seek someone with a strong administrative background who is able to manage and prioritise different tasks. Decent Excel knowledge and a natural enthusiasm will be highly regarded for this busy and varied role.
