We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Design Engineer to join an expanding Manufacturing company based in Dudley on a Permanent basis.
A background in MIG welding, Homologation and/or general engineering experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- New product design
- Product development
- Producing design drawings
- Developing product data sheets
- Solid Works / AutoCAD 2D and 3D CAD Modelling
- Producing Bill of Materials on MRP system
- Project management
- Providing hands-on support to the production team
- Attend Customer meetings
- Travel to site when necessary to measure/re-design legacy product
CAD 2D/3D experience with knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 8.00 to 5pm
Friday 8.00 to 2.00pm
