Sales / Customer Service SupervisorHalesowenSalary: Up to £27k Depending on experienceResponsibilities:Supervise the Customer Care team in the performance of their duties in terms of delivering customer care excellence as well as responding to customer enquiries, together with the resolution of any issues

Supervising a small team of dedicated Customer Care Administrators to ensure they adhere to and comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer care
Monitor and review customer contact (calls, messages etc) to ensure a quality performance and ensures that all communications are accurate and concise
Present reports on customer enquiries and complaints and compiles relevant monthly summary reports
Ensure SLA's are achieved by all
Monitor social media and provide feedback as may be required
Deal with any escalated customer matters in conjunction with the MD
Engages with customers to obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Updates team members regarding new products, services, policies and procedures
Ensures continuous improvement throughout and trains and motivates team members
