Role: Internal SalesLocation: DudleyRate of Pay: £14.35 per hourPertemps Dudley are seeking a motivated Internal Sales executive to join our client, a small, family-run Civil and Servicing contractor with a strong reputation for quality and dedication. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our the business while working closely with the team and key clients.If you're ambitious, proactive, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the business.
  • Handling incoming telesales and website enquiries.
  • Manage and update company computer systems, ensuring data accuracy and organisation.
  • Oversee and maintain social media accounts, including Linked-In to enhance the companies online presence.
  • Assist with business operations as needed, demonstration a keen ability to adapt and learn new processes.
  • Engage in internal sales activities, communicating with existing and new clients daily via phone and email to build relationships.
  • Maintain and grow database for targeted area of work.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent telephone manner for both client and supplier communication.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook 365 and other standard office software.
  • Familiarity and experience using CRM systems in advantageous.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and social media management tools.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn about all aspects of the business.
