We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a national business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone with a background in sales administration within the manufacturing sector.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle purchasing responsibilities.
- Manage warranty issues and returns.
- Address customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Raise invoices and follow up on Purchase Order numbers to ensure timely payments.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Administrator role within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively.
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
