This is a great opportunity for a MRICS-qualified Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to focus on either residential or commercial valuation work – depending on your background and preference.With a solid client base and opportunities for progression (including potential partnership), this firm is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive but autonomous environment.The Role:Depending on your skillset, you’ll work on a variety of valuation instructions, such as:

Residential Red Book Valuations
Probate and Inheritance Tax Valuations
Bank and Panel Valuations
Commercial Property Valuations and Reports
Building surveys and defect analysis (for those with a commercial background)
