Internal Sales Representative
Location: KingswinfordSalary: £30,000 Negotiable + BonusHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMType: Permanent, Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor's activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of increasing sales and achieving agreed quarterly sales targets.
- Efficiently plan and manage time to effectively contact customers and potential customers via appropriate methods.
- Actively update activity records using the CRM system.
- Produce accurate quotes and orders for sales using our bespoke computer and app system.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, managers, production, and office-based staff to facilitate an aligned approach to sales and after-sales service.
