Internal Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor's activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and achieving agreed quarterly sales targets.
  • Efficiently plan and manage time to effectively contact customers and potential customers via appropriate methods.
  • Actively update activity records using the CRM system.
  • Produce accurate quotes and orders for sales using our bespoke computer and app system.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, managers, production, and office-based staff to facilitate an aligned approach to sales and after-sales service.
