Pertemps Dudley is seeking a Capstan Operator for a successful manufacturer in the Dudley area.
Candidates must have experience in capstan operating and setting, as well as a background in the fastener industry.
The role involves setting and operating capstan lathes, working against technical drawings, and conducting quality control.
The position offers a salary of £12 to £15 per hour and requires relevant experience in the field.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4.30pm, with opportunities for overtime.

Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a Capstan Operator on behalf of our client who is a successful manufacturer in the Dudley area. Our client have a very exciting period ahead of them and are looking for Capstan Operators and Setters due to growth.Key responsibilities:

Setting and operating capstan lathe
Working against drawings
Using measuring equipment
Quality control
Adhering to health and safety

Experience required:

Capstan operating/setting experience is essential
Previous experience in the fastener industry is essential
Understanding of technical drawings

Hours of work:

7am-4.30pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime opportunities available
