- Managing statutory safeguarding reviews and ensuring lessons learned are embedded across services.
- Overseeing the partnership’s workforce development and training programmes.
- Managing the partnership’s budget and commissioning services where required.
- Extensive experience in safeguarding within children’s or adult services.
- Strong understanding of multi-agency partnership working at a strategic level.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in performance management and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of legislation, statutory requirements, and best practice in safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in social work, nursing, policing, or equivalent.
