Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working exclusivity with a global Manufacturing organization for a Machine Maintenance Technician

This role is due to further growth in the UK and a new custom-built plant within the Black Country area

· Monday to Friday – 40 hours

· Salary £29,000 to £32,000

For this position the ideal candidate will need to possess.

Minimum City & Guilds level 3 mechanical/electrical engineering (preferably apprentice trained)

Have experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, so if you are currently a machine operator eager to grow and progress this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform preventive maintenance on all operational equipment and facilities.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records using the MP2 maintenance program.

· Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent breakdowns.

· Respond promptly to significant breakdowns

· Develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

· Train personnel in the correct and safe operation of various machines.

· Prioritize tasks to maintain assembly buffers effectively
