A great opportunity in now available for a confident and outgoing person. This global software company are looking for a new Credit Controller to join their team. You will provide support to the team and the wider finance team, all while being in an inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience dealing with international clients. Within this role you will be responsible for your own ledger, collecting debt via email and phone, ensuring all monthly KPIs are met. You will also implement and enforce payment terms with clients.

As a Credit Controller, you will be working in a supportive team, you will contribute to the success of the business and adapting as the business changes.

Skills required

  • Proven experience working in a high-pressured environment, in a similar role where you have managed a substantial ledger.
  • Great experience within query resolution, as well as account reconciliation as these are key elements of the role.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be an ambitious and hard-working individual, who is looking to further their career in the Credit Control area.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
