For the successful Service Advisor, our client is offering:

  • Starting salary of up to £28,500 Per Annum 
  • Monday to Thursday 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM and Friday 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM - 37 hours per week (First week) 
  • Monday to Friday 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM - 40 hours per week (Second week) 
  • Permanent position 
  • Immediate interviews/starts available

The Role - Service Advisor:

  • Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns/servicing
  • Managing day-to-day tasks such as Scheduling, Service Calls, & Timesheets for the Engineers
  • Scheduling/liaising with Service Engineers regarding all aspects of repairs & service calls
  • Maintaining documents and files for maintenance contracts/service calls
  • Scheduling/Liaising with Service Engineers regarding all aspects of Maintenance 
  • Raising contract quotes/agreements
  • Providing a high standard of service to Customers in line with agreed requirements and expectations

What our client is looking for in a Service Advisor:

  • Have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced commercial environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Industry experience is desirable but not essential 
  • SAP system knowledge would be preferable but is not essential.
  • Possess good I.T. skills, including MS Office - ESSENTIAL
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident and comfortable interfacing with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Be self-motivated, capable of working under pressure, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Be a good team player and flexible about tasks performed
