About the Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of children aged 0-5 years, helping to lay the foundations for their future learning. You will create a stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum? Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for support? Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment? Work closely with parents and caregivers to support children's development? Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure high-quality early years education

Requirements:

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years teaching qualification? Experience working within an EYFS setting (ECTs are welcome to apply)? Strong knowledge of child development and early years best practices? A commitment to safeguarding and child protection? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
