Job Description:Tradewind Recruitment seeks a KS4 Teaching Assistant to join an Secondary School in Dudley, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting student's learning and development, possess effective communication skills, and have a firm grasp of educational principles.

Key Responsibilities:
