• Enhanced DBS Certificate: A valid enhanced DBS check is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly in a nursery or SEN setting, is preferred. Ideally, nursery SEN teaching assistant experience.
• Passion for Education and Training: A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work alongside dedicated educators and staff.
