This school has been recognised for its outstanding contributions to students with SEMH needs. Leadership are supportive an teaching staff deliver engaging lessons that stretch and inspire students. This role requires a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked with SEMH or challenging behaviours. Job Role:
  • Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of KS4 children with SEMH needs
  • Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
  • Working as a Classroom Assistant / Teaching Assistant
  • Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
  • Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
