Tradewind recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Agency Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the learning and development of students across year groups in a lovely Primary School located in Dudley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and providing support to students

Running targeted interventions to support students who require additional assistance

Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN)

Supporting the development of student's social, emotional and academic skills

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a related subject such as childcare, education or health and social care

Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role

The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different year groups and subjects

A strong commitment to supporting the needs of all students, including those with SEN

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
