Teaching Assistant required to provide ongoing 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 4 Child with Autism. We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant or Classroom Assistant to provide 1-2-1 support, helping the student to engage with lessons and stay on task. The school has a supportive SEND department, and you will be joining a friendly team of Teaching Assistants who are committed to making a difference. The school has great facilities and is a welcoming environment for all.As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for providing academic and social support for this student. Each class has no more than 10 children and you will be working with an experienced teacher and classroom assistant in each lesson. This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is engaging and empathetic and has previous experience working with Autism or SEND. Ideally this role requires a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Classroom Assistant qualification.Job Role:
