Salary – 42k -44k DOE
Shift – Monday to Friday DAYS only

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform electrical repairs and upgrades to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Participate in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, days only (no nights or weekends).
