Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for a new career with a National Packaging Company based in Dudley?If yes, we want to hear from you!Your main role will be to assist the Engineering Manager to ensure the factory requirements are met in line with the business requirements primarily at their Dudley site.The company is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known food brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling and co-manufacturing solutions.Annual Salary: £44,000 to £45,000 Weekly Shift: Mon to Fri - 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pmMain Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Food safety, Hygiene. Health and Safety etc.
  • Set up / Changeover machinery in a timely manner, depending on the planned production.
  • To fault find and carry out repairs on all machinery.
  • Assisting the Production team where possible:
  • Providing engineering solutions and assist in an operational capacity,
  • Monitoring all lines with regards to Overall equipment efficiencies.
  • Actively look for opportunities to continuously improve machine performance.
  • Ensure delivery of the maintenance plan as agreed with the Engineering Manager.
  • To assist in colleague training and development when required.
  • To carry out electrical and mechanical modifications and installations.
  • To maintain the company CMMS system in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally Electrically biased, time served Engineer with good mechanical skills.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent
  • 17th or 18th edition
