Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of steel products, including high-quality steel tubes for various industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated Factory Operatives to join our team in our steel tube manufacturing facility.
Job Purpose:The Factory Operative role involves working within steel tube manufacturing line to ensure the smooth production of steel tubes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The goal is to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and equipment in the steel tube manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and product quality.

Perform quality checks on steel tubes to ensure they meet the required standards.

Assist in the assembly and disassembly of machines and equipment as required.

Handle raw materials and finished products with care, following proper safety protocols.

Work on a fast-paced production line and maintain consistent output.

Follow all safety and operational guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Work in collaboration with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the Supervisor/Team Leader.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.

Knowledge or experience in steel tube manufacturing is a plus but not essential.

Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Good level of English, both spoken and written.

Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative.

Good physical stamina and dexterity for handling steel tubes and working on the factory floor.
