Role Responsibilities- Leading and managing audits for a diverse client portfolio, from planning to completion
- Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely audit processes for clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice on compliance and regulatory issues
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth within the team
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for value-added services
- Collaborating with partners to enhance audit methodologies and ensure consistency in client service

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive experience in audit and assurance within a practice environment
- Proven ability to manage audit engagements, including complex assignments
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client and team relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
