• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Extensive experience in audit and assurance within a practice environment
• Proven ability to manage audit engagements, including complex assignments
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client and team relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
