Role Responsibilities

As an Employment Tax Manager, your role will involve:

Candidate Requirements
  • CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) with significant expertise in employment tax
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment tax legislation, including IR35, PAYE, NIC, and employee benefits
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advice
  • Confidence in liaising with HMRC and handling complex queries
  • Commercial mindset to identify opportunities for client growth
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
