We're looking for an Interim Finance Director with proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector to lead the Accounting & Finance department of a well-established engineering firm in Tipton.

Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Provide leadership and development to the finance team
Profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
