Mitchell Adam has the pleasure of partnering once again with our returning Manufacturing client. Based just outside of the industrial heart of Dudley, in Kingswinford, this business has solidified its roots as a bespoke designer and creator of a niche product, rooted in history and a division of a regal group. They are looking for a motivated Finance Manager to step into the business 30 hours a week and assist with the day to day running of the business.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous exposure within a Manufacturing business, and understand the complexities that come with this. Any experience with stock or costing is a bonus! You're days will be diverse and have you involved with constructing accurate Cash Flows, a Management Accounting pack and assisting in the production of Budgets and Forecasts.
Skills Needed
- You should be AAT Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by experience, allowing you to hit the ground running easier.
- Ideally, be looking for an opportunity at 30 hours a week, flexible on how they fall, suiting parents and those with big commitments outside of work.
- You may have already had exposure within a manufacturing environment, understanding the basics of stock and costing. (Although desirable, this is not essential).
- Find it easy to engage with stakeholders and get your personality across, as you become part of the furniture in a family style team.
