Job Purpose
  • Provide expert tax advisory services to a varied client portfolio
  • Oversee all aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Prepare and review personal tax compliance work and reports
  • Lead advisory work, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts tax, and SAS
  • Manage correspondence and enquiries with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and identifying training opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth

Job Requirements
  • ACA, CTA, or ATT qualified, with at least 5 years of practice experience in the UK
  • Experience managing a personal tax portfolio, including advisory and compliance work
  • Strong supervisory and people management skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards in the UK
  • Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
