Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Personal Tax Manager, you’ll work closely with the Tax Partner to deliver tailored tax strategies and high-quality advisory services to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance and providing expert advisory services
- Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of complex personal tax returns
- Advising clients on tax planning strategies, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax
- Acting as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals to support their career growth
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring both clients and the team remain informed
- Assisting clients with complex tax matters, including HMRC enquiries and disclosures
- Identifying opportunities to provide added-value services to clients
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless client service
- Driving business development initiatives, including networking and identifying new client opportunities
- Reviewing internal tax processes and recommending efficiency improvements
- Representing the firm externally and contributing to its reputation as a leader in tax advisory

Candidate Requirements- CTA qualified, with substantial experience in tax advisory and compliance
- Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercially focused approach to problem-solving
- A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering excellent service
- Confidence in working with HMRC, legal representatives, and third parties
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, focused on team and client success
- £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
