Are you an experienced Administrator from a Financial Planning environment looking to branch out into report writing and client management.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team.

The successful candidate will have experience within a professional services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Assisting in putting together the factfinds and ensuring they are fully and accurately completed.
  • Preparation of the regulatory paperwork and suitability report.
  • Assisting with client emails, calling clients back for certain enquiries and potentially helping with the diary.
  • Completion of annual review letters (MIFIDs).
  • Completion of annual review reports in readiness for annual reviews.

You will have:

  • Organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry
  • Previously worked in a Financial Services administration role so have some familiarity with the terms used.
  • Experienced supporting a Financial Adviser
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
