Their success is driven by our skilled and dedicated team members who contribute to our growing business.We are looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Truck FLT Driver to join their warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling, movement, and storage of materials within the warehouse and production areas. You will be responsible for operating an FLT to load, unload, and transport materials while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload goods and materials from trucks, lorries, and containers using an FLT.
Material Handling: Transport materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, ensuring accurate placement and handling of goods.
Stock Management: Assist with inventory counts and maintain proper records of stock movement using warehouse management systems.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following best practices for material storage and handling.
Quality Control: Inspect products for damages or discrepancies, reporting issues to the supervisor and assisting in resolving them.
Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself and others while operating the FLT and handling materials.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck, as required).
Proven experience as an FLT Driver, ideally within a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
