Day-to-day of the role:- Manage order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and issue quotes, proforma invoices, and purchase orders.
- Handle general administrative duties related to export logistics and sales.
- Liaise with international customers, maintaining excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Oversee all shipments leaving the warehouse, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Ensure all shipments are charged correctly and accompanied by the correct documents.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their shipments and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Proven experience in export logistics and administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software for order processing and shipment tracking.
