Hays Education represents an inclusive and dynamic nursery school in the heart of Dudley. The Nursery School has a great ethos and community with a great family feel. They are upbeat and enthusiastic in a positive environment to ensure all children and staff are happy and safe. The role is working within the toddler's room with children aged 0-5 years. You will be supporting colleagues and working as a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children. You will also be helping to develop the pupils' learning and abilities, supporting the teacher on a day-to-day basis, and be able to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils and small groups of children with SEN and additional needs. What you'll need to succeed

  • Either L2/L3 Nursery Specific qualification (full&relevant).
  • Have experience working with children with SEN.
  • Confident in preparing and delivering high quality activities in line with EYFS outcomes.
  • To have recent and relevant experience in the role.
  • Be confident and offer encouragement.
  • Use your own initiative and be observant.
