We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. Working closely with the team, the Part-Time Administrator will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and sending brochures
  • Managing and organising files and records
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
