We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for a Parent and Family Assessment Centre. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in family services and who is looking for a rewarding career with comprehensive benefits.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Support the centre manager in leading the team and managing the facility.
  • Work closely with families, providing support and guidance to promote positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all centre activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
  • Assist in staff training and development to maintain a high standard of professional practice.
  • Be adaptable to work a pre-agreed range of shift patterns to meet the needs of the centre and its residents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be Level 3 qualified in CYPW, CCE, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a pre-agreed range of shift patterns.
